Car Trailer - I personally would not even consider it.

Car Dolly - All day long.

The first generation CRV doesn't handle much tongue weight at all. This is especially true at stock ride height. It unloads the front end WAY too much and you will regret your decision rather quickly. Using a car dolly on the other hand, works out very well. Just don't be in a hurry and expect miracles from the already under powered heavy pig.

The CRV 5-speed first gear makes it nice when loaded up and leaving from a stop. Speaking of stopping, be sure to leave plenty of room if you have stock brakes. You WILL notice the extra weight back there when stopping and at higher speeds. These things were absolutely never designed to tow another vehicle.

Yeah... isn't the red one lifted and the black one lowered? In my opinion both of those look like they didn't properly set tongue weight either. The second trailer looks rather light as well which helps as well. The CRX is rather light, but IIRC it didn't have an engine in it? The Del Sol is obviously stripped... I can't find my pictures of my race car on a trailer, but it didn't work out at all. To each his own I guess.

Thanks for all the replies haven't been on in a couple days. The hatch is pretty stock as far as weight full interior b series on nitrous. With a tow dolly how would that affect the rear of that hatch? It's on coilovers but I'd rather not raise to tow... if that's the case we'll just drive hatch there on street tires and carry tires/gear in the V
