Hi yep checked clearances yesterday inlet valves were all 0.005 and exhaust valves were all 0.008 so I removed the head and the 2 exhaust valves on number 3 cylinder have burnt out and one of the valve seats is damaged luckily enough found a breakers yard with one in 65000 miles on the clock just been in an accident written off rear end so had the engine from that collecting it on Monday thanks for the reply most appreciated
