Default ZC Single cam swap obd1 conversion No start. Help

I recently put a motor back into my civic wagon after being a shell for five months. The motor is a stock zc replacement engine that came out of a Honda CRX running from a friends car. I put the motor into my car but I used a rywire obd1 tucked harness. It's converted obd1 using the obd1 injectors, 92-95 civic dx obd1 dizzy and po6 virgin ECu. Obd1 4 wire O2 sensor.

I wired the loose ends as followed on the rywire diagram. I go to turn the car on and checked everything before turning on. On first turn, I have my hands on the fuel line (tucked) and I feel the fuel running through. Therefore has fuel pressure. No leaks and I go to crank. It just spins but doesn't turn over. At all.

I checked for spark by putting a known working spark plug on all cylinders and they all fire. Has spark.
I pulled fuel rail off with injectors still attached. Cranked and they indeed sprays. Has fuel
I did a cold compression test dry and it came out to 150-170-160-170. Has compression.
Timing to dead on with all its timing marks.
Has gas. 91 oct
Has a good battery I took out of my daily to do these cranks.
Main relay is new
Dizzy is a junkyard case that I put a new coil ignitor cap and rotor on ( guts from my ond2 dizzy)
No check engine line.

I was also confused on the firing order. Never had an obd1 single dizzy before so I am unsure if my firing order is correct. Online just shows too many different firing order that confused me.

Timing belt side has cylinder 1 2 3 4 with 4 being close to dizzy.
On dizzy, it's in a diamond pattern since the obd1 sits more angled than the obd0 dizzy. So it's wired with the top port as cylinder 3 going right of the diamond is 4, 2 is on the bottom and left is 1. (3,4,2,1)

I'm lost on why the car won't start. Please help. Tia

You would think it would at least try to fire if you have spark and fuel and the engine is spinning.

Maybe really crappy but it would at least light off the fuel at the wrong time.

First thing to do is make sure you get the timing right..
Check your plugs see if they're wet that means way too much gas at the wrong time.

for kicks open your oil fill cap and just make sure the valves are moving gees if not you got some problems.

If you're gonna throw parts at it after you are sure the timing is right

I would try a new coil first ..
I have had problems with a brand new ignitor not working but maybe the coil isn't putting out enough.. its common enough to get a bad coil right out of the box

but from everything you are saying

plugs fire.. you have gas .. crank turns

timing i think is a first thing to make sure is correct.

then a coil .. then maybe a sensor but a sensor would probably throw a code.
