yeah, distributor wireing is slightly different. you will want to pick up a 88 or 89 integra ecu for you will achieve greater performance.
as far as your si tranny it will bolt right up and you can use your same axels.
i am doing this swap except i have a 90 dx and its automatic.

Yep everything bolts up the same. On my dx I didn't have to do any wiring at the dizzy just added the cps and injector wiring.

DOHC ZCs are real fun, I have one in my crx and i whoop ls hatches all day. its the best bang for your buck motor.

do you need different plugs for the disstributor? or can you use the dx plugs.

if you have a DX you don't need to do anything at the distributor - plugs right into the OBD0 DOHC ZC distributor

yeah it will run fine but you should get the 88-89 ecu for better performance.
if you got the extra $30 that is.
