^Bullshit.
I love mine. After 12 months and 10k miles it still looks and sounds like new. The sound is great, and not loud or raspy. I run a B16, ebay header, no cat, and its not loud at all. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for an exhaust!

Yonaka is a cheap Chinese ripoff "brand".
But since there's no moving parts, I'm sure its fine for the cost of its weight in metal.

I've had this exhaust on my hatch since last April. For it being a replica of the Apexi, it's pretty good. It's not too loud at all and has a great sound when you step on it.
Mine still looks and sounds great.
Some people do have their resonator rattle after a while but the majority of the reviews I've seen on this exhaust have been good.
I recommend it!

Some people on here who recently joined could have been in the Honda game for 10+ years already.

and some of us who joined in 03 could have already been in the game for 15+. At which point Yonaka was a semen stain on the sheets. They are a cheap Chinese knockoff company. Ive seen them blow out packing, not fit properly, you name it.

Yonaka isn't horrible.
Sound is nice & not raspy or loud
figment (bends, hanger location) is on part with other nicer brands like hks, greddy, dc, rsr, so on.
It is better than cheaper ebay brand exhaust which figment is horrible (flanges which aren't sqaure, hangers not in the right place).
I've had rsr on my ef hb and loved it. When i got the yonaka for my kid brothers ef i was surprised at the sound and figment considering the price was 40% cheaper than my new rsr exmag.

OP, the exhaust will be fine. They are highly rated by people who have them.
And to anyone in the honda game for 30+ years, you should probably move on. Things change. Just because Yonaka wasn't around when you started modding hondas in the 80s doesn't make it a bad brand now. HD-streaming came out a couple years ago, does it suck? Do you still swear by VHS? Com'on, grow up. Things change.

I helped my buddy put one on his 99 ex. he loves it. Not too loud, no rasp, and decent quality for the price. If your worried about volume, keep your cat and make sure it has a resonator.

OP, get it. i loved mine on my old EH DD. sounded great dailying and great when i smashed the gas. i did have to bend a couple hangers, but that - to me - is not a big deal at all. no leaks, no holes.
