Default will a d16 header fit a b16?
im sure this is an easy question but if they do not fit can someone tell me how much of a difference there is?

port spacing is way off, flanges dont line up on the studs.

It just doesn't work.

Why not just use the header meant for the motor? thats like converting the rear brakes on an Integra to drum brakes.
