I have 14s on my Rex right now and I think it looks fine. I'm also running 195/60s.

i have a ef sedan on coilovers and oem style struts adjusted as low as it can go currently im on 14 inch del sol wheels until i paint my 15s but as it sit at the moment i love the ride quality not too much natural camber and handles better than stock....my advise to test waters and not waste alot of time and money go buy some ebay coilovers (megan racing) and kyb struts then find some 99-00 si wheels or gsr blades with 195-50 or 55s and see how u feel about that...im big into the camber thing also but using my ef as a daily i refuse to go crazy and only have an inch of tread contact to the road let alone get caught in the rain like that! but if u are really mind settled on the stance setup get the same coilover and strut setup and do a 15x8 with a mild offset like 20-25 and 195/50s (dont go with a crazy stretch) stay away from the 0-15 offset leave that for the guys that has experience with them setups

Thanks for the previous info on the drop and wheel size. Just interested for the 15inch wheels shown what were the width of those that its still a smooth daily driver with lowering springs?
