What Size Do I drill my Fuel Rail???
I have 96lb Mustang Injectors that were too small for it but perfect for my 4Dr. I go to put them in and go figure the body diameter is too large.
If I drill-press the rail to 9/16'' then I would have .009 Between the O-ring and the fuel rail bore. I know I'm not the first person to do this.
Any help would be great!!!.
1/2'' Looks too Small.
Help cause I'm EMS Pro'ing my Car tommorow.
Thanks!!!

Re: What Size Do I drill my Fuel Rail???
alot of domestic are the standard 14mm size, doing similar soon on my current boozt build.Look on ebay for an example of how the bit should be modded for the the taper part.
(a guy sells em for 90ish-when they look to be 14mm bits that he "machined" the taper onto, what I plan on-fk 90 bucks or more for a bit, lol) You only need holes to be a lil bt larger than the injz for o ring clearance/tight seal...
