Default what sends voltage to the fuel pump in 88 civic lx?

what sends voltage to the fuel pump in 88 civic lx? i know the main relay is good, and ive tried several ecu's... theres no power getting to it.. and when i turn the key to on position no check engine light comes on? what causes this?

from what i understand, the main relay supplys power to the fuel pump.

i fixed it....it wasnt that the fuel pump wasnt getting power, it was that it wasnt getting power when the key was in the on position....changed ignition switch fixed it.
