Default turbo + radiator woes

Would a 13x13x1.5" 3 row radiator with a 10" slim fan sufficiently cool my turbo d? Right at the 220 hp mark as I'm assuming that makes a difference.

Slim fans aernt the greatest. I have a 3 row Fluidyne rad with a 12" slim fan on my turbo d and on hot days she gets up there. You need a shrouded rad fan to properly cool a turbo motor. Like a Fal Flexalite. They are slim as well around 2 inches. My next investment.

Currently running an alum EG 1/2 rad with a 12" slim fan from Perma Cool as a pusher and seems to keep my turbo b16 cool, so you should be alright with a D series.
