Default Tranny/clutch help!

So here's the story. I was replacing a tranny (from 89DX to 90 Si). At the same time I replaced the flywheel/clutch/pressure plate to the 90 Si.

Now that everything is installed, when the engine is off, it shifts into gears like normal, but when the engine is on, it's really hard (have to force) to get it into gear.

I also noticed that when the engine's on, and it's in gear, and the clutch pedal is pressed down, the car still continues to go move.

The clutch at the time still looked like it had a lot of beef left on it. Could the problem be the pressure plate? I did notice some heat spots on both the pressure plate and flywheel. Thanks in advance.

Adjust your clutch.. it's to tight now, you need to loosen that round plastic nut thing on the cable to that the clutch release arm sits farther down when the pedal is not pushed.
