Re: stuoid question (fixxx)
dont pull it off, it'll break. you have take the screws out of the whole door panel, there's a little clip underneath this that holds the crank ("roll window down thing") on.

mm no u dont have to take the screws or the door panel off. yeah u can use a hook thing or just pull the handle back a little and push it out with a flathead. to get it back in put the clip on the handle before it is in the notch and put it on the roller up thing, and then use a rag and slide it in between the panel and the roller and it will snap in.

... or to put it back on, you can just install it on the handle, and push the handle back onto the door. No need for a rag or any of that.
There's a bevel on the shaft coming out of the door panel, and it will spread the clip apart as you are pushing it on.

Re: stuoid question (menappi)
You can actually just snap the clip back into place,
Position it correctly, and then give it a light smack..
The clip will expand and it will snap right back on..

Re: stuoid question (88DXCRX)
good info 88DXCRX, but i would suggest re-installing the clip 180 degrees from the way it is pictured above... it's easier to get out when you don't have the handle in the way.

i have to disagree with you on that one...i find it easier the way phil has it...
the handle gives you a little leverage to move it out of the way, where the other way you dont have a way to move the handle out of the way per say...its hard to explain...

The way Phil has it, is the way its suppose to be. Notice the door handle has a notch on it.
