Default Single cam ZC Help!

So I have a single cam ZC block with a D16Z6 head. I'm not sure if the ZC block is a Vtec or non Vtec block. I'm wanting to order new water pump, oil pump, and seals for it but I'm not sure if I should order the parts for a Z6 or A6. Would the parts be the same and interchangeable? The only way of checking for verification of the block I'm aware of would be to check the stamping on the pistons. Is there an alternate way of checking this that I'm simply unaware of? I'm only needing to verify it if the parts from an A6 and Z6 aren't interchangeable. Any help here would be greatly appreciated! I want to get my sedan rolling and this is what's going to be in it. I want to make sure I'm ordering the rite parts before I pull out the engine and take it apart.

If the head is off, check for the vtec oil passage located on the deck by #4 cyl.
I've ran a vtec-D oil pump/pick-up/pan on an A6 block/y8 head.
I beleive most of the parts you mentioned are interchangable.
There is also the cast in date/plant stamps, as well as the serial# below the 'zc' label.

Well the head is still on or else I would have checked the stamping on the pistons. I don't want to have to bring down my hatchback just to find out if it's a Vtec block or not. I want to hold off on having no car as long as I can. That's why I want to get all of the parts before I pull it out to get ready for my sedan.
