obd1 b16 swap in 90 crx si
I dont have any CELs and no vtec. I swapped the vtec solenoid and pressure switch plugs and got CELs for the so I swapped them back and CELs are gone. I have triple checked the harness. I had the vss code untill I swapped out the electrical vss with the mechanical vss. Now my speedo works and the vss code is gone, but no vtec. Do I have to wire the vss or does the jumper harness take care of it? I have searched and haven't found a definite fix. Any help is appreciated.

operating temp, vehicle at speed (vss must be working) and correct oil pressure
A very typical reason or vtec no working is being a little low on oil.
