Default Not really tech... but, finally got a 13sec ET out of a track car.

did the ***** challenge last weekend and out of the three events (Drag, autoX, time trials) the only one I did decent at was the one i hate the most... Drag racing.

finally got the elusive 13sec ET that my car has been avoiding since I dropped in the GSR.

it was a 13.938@99.43mph w/ a 2.1xx 60'. The last time I ran the car at the drag strip, it did a 14.2xx w/ a 2.2xx 60'. The only changes made were:
- 2.5" test pipe made by me.
- bored GSR throttle body, done by MaxBore
- used Toyo RA1 tires on 15x7 wheels that weigh 13lbs, vs Victoracers on 15x6.5 wheels that weigh 11lbs.

the end.

i would have expected more.
a 13.94 kinda sucks for that, but 99mph does not!! get some sticky tires and you will be et'ing much lower. i'd say you can rip a 13.5 with a 1.8-1.9 60
