Default Need help! OBD 0 no fuel pulse.

I am trying to help a guy out. He has a 1990 CRX Si. It has a jdm OBD 0 B16. He tryed to hook up a MSD ignition (used, none the less) and now no start. I took everything back off and had no spark or injector pulse. I found that he messed up the wiring inside the distributer pretty good. I replaced the distributer with an obd 0 ls integra distributer (cut an arm off the distributer). now have spark but very intermittent injector pulse. I replaced the EFI relay and ECU still nothing. He mentioned converting to OBD 1. But I think that wont help his problem. anyone have this same problem? any ideas? Fuel pressure is 40 psi > good spark > compression 195 psi.

All fuses are good and the injectors are fine as well. There is no power from the ecu to the injectors. I know this because I have a noid light hooked up to it and it is not flashing. Any one else with some ideas?

Possible he fried the ecu with his bad wiring on the msd box. Check with a good known pr3 or pw0

If all fuses are good check the resistor box for injectors
