My new lip!( Pics !)
See this thread for details:

I have the front bumper still off the car so it can get painted. ...oh ya, and for the motor swap. Better pics after that.
Enjoy!

Re: My new lip!( Pics !) (Ace$nyper)
fitment was purdy darn close for being for another car. once the front bumper is painted and the lip matched, it should be tight. I'll rock it to be different.

It does not look right on the CRX in the linked thread.
BLAHHH.
Looks damn close to stock fitment on your car though!
It will look NIIICE when you paint it along with the bumper.
Or maybe just paint the bumper and bumper black paint the lip.

Re: My new lip!( Pics !) (busychild)
From the Pics it looks nice but I just saw the other thread with it installed on the CRX and it looks bad.
There is this plastic roll that Homedepot sells, it's for installation of carpets. I seen some use it on the cars as bottom lips. Looks pretty nice too. I'll see if I can get some pics.

Thank you for your keen obvservation... and on a side note.. they must not teach physics down there in TX huh?
Yes.. any front spoiler that decreases air flowing underneat the chassis INCREASES downforce therefore increasing high speed stability. But hey, will take these physic lessions one step at a time for ya!

Re: My new lip!( Pics !) (rice_classic)
ouch!
I figured that the aerodynamics of the car would have changed, but to what level, I could not tell you. I really added this piece to change the look, ( gasp, , he said he did it for the look! ) of the front end, without any real focus on air flow. I also thought it could double as a snow shovel for the Dallas Metroplex this winter.

gains will be minimal to non existent. it may increase down force minimally but it also increases drag.
BUT it looks good, and i seriously doubt he'll be doing any 120 mph hairpins anytime soon.

My ITA car is lowered like 3" or so and if I put that lip on I would decrease the amount of air flowing underneat the car by a substantial amount... It would be the same effect of putting a huge wing on the front and rear.
