I would just clean that stock Si and never upgrade it. But then again.... Maybe I would do a clean swap.

No 90 and 91 Crx si had the option from the factory a good friend of mine owned one with ac and cruise.

AC yes. power steering and cruise control, i beg to differ unless it was later added on. i have yet to see a single crx (HF, DX or SI) to have come with those options.
