First off, supernatural is ****ing awesome, and so was that episode.
Second, most of you (spug, tyler, dylan, etc, are the exceptions) care more about whipping your dicks around and telling others what looks best or is best to do, as opposed to just supporting someone. If someone wants to go ricey, let them. Don't impose your own belief.
Thank god i'm out of here -.-

Re: My 90 EF Shell build thread
I raced my car every friday at the track. I had a full, OBD1 Z6 swap with bolt ons, light flywheel, chipped and tuned, with an SI trans. the car also weighs about 2050 lbs.
I Daily a GSR Integra with basic bolt ons and the Integra is still faster than my Civic. Here is a video of the Integra and a V6 mustang. Ignore my music, it does get turned down.
Without nitrous, you're car wouldnt beat my Integra, nor a mustang.

Don't think this thread had any "rice" but just bad/wrong decisions.

yeah those older 5.0s could lauch pretty hard when they could keep traction... but they had virtually no top end... the svo was a boosted 4 cylinder mustang, with a little upgrading they could be pretty beastly

Re: My 90 EF Shell build thread
Ok, so I just finished reading this thread from start to finish. All I can say is there are a lot of A$$holes on here. I know this is Honda-tech and there are some true EF enthusiasts on here, but damn when it comes down to it was only a $400 car not a damn Bently! Looking at where the car started, him doing his first swap ever, and it finally got the point where it ran and drove decently. That's a pretty damn big feat considering, and I'm sure the OP learned a lot of lessons along the way. There isn't a damn person on this site that can they honestly haven't jacked up a thing or two on their rides if you truely turn wrench. Granted the OP had a lot of mistakes, he never once quit even with all of the bad mouthing a lot of you have done. Seriously, I think some people need to grow up. On another note, most people now-a-days can't even turn a wrench or have any trouble shooting skills period. Hell, I wish more people would try to things like to be honest as a self improvement lesson in life.
To the OP, good on you for hanging in there and making it run regardless of what it looks like or the mistakes made. If you learned something, then it was worth it.
To the haters, the back button is always there and instead of putting a guy down for trying, a little encouragement goes a long way sometimes.
To the future owner of the car, there is still a lot of work to be done, but it isn't anything that can't be worked out.
I'm out. **Drops Mic**
