Low Budget CRX (1st Build)
Hey all! I'm looking for advice on a build for an 89 CRX si. Basically this is my first build and I need help. I know a few things, but there is stuff I need help with. I'm hoping to build up enough to run high 12's. Pretty sure she comes with a B16A, but I'll double check on friday when I look at it. A guy I worked for owns it and has kept it in the garage every winter (upstate NY). What I need to know is the best low budget suspension system. And would it be easier/cheaper to do a boosted build or NA? Any and all advice is welcome. Thanks for looking. pics to come soon

My version of low budget is about $5000 in the engine. I really dont care how much I spend, I just want to do as much as I can as fast as I can because I've gotten screwed out of this for too long

Lol, better find out some info before throwing all that money and having your engine explode on you.
$5000, doesn't seem low budget to me haha.

I would say $500 is more of a low budget build. I would love to see you do a high budget build -- what like $50K?

Thats why I posted this thread. Cuz I don't know what I need to know to build my engine up enough to hold whatever turbo is best.

Ok I just went and looked at it today. D16Z6. Aftermarket exhaust headers back. The entire body and interior are PRISTINE
