The HAsport kit is the best choice. They now list the B17 and B18C5 as compatible in an EF with their kit:

JRSC-EFB16

The Jackson Racing Supercharger generates an increase of 35-65 horsepower depending upon application. Designed specifically for a B16 swap in the 88-91 Civic/CRX in conjunction with the Hasport motor mounts. Available now exlusively through Hasport.

Will work on 1st gen B16, B17 and B18C5.

Ships in 2-4 weeks.
