Leaky Windshield
I've got a 90 civic SI HB,
just did a B16A swap a little while ago,
Everything on the car is mint except for that just recently I discovered the roof corners where the windshield meets has rusted from the inside out leaving small holes.
Now that i'm refinishing the entire body for a new spray coat, does anyone know a good and permanent solution or fix on sealing a roof as such?

Sand down rust.
Fill in with epoxy putty.
Then use Permatex windshield sealer special stuff.

I wouldn't exactly call putty and epoxy permanent.
You should grind all the rust out and tack weld small holes / shape and weld new metal into bigger pieces.

Thanx for the input,
Definetely will go with tack welding strips of sheet metal over those sections, will more likely last longer than just a regular autobody filler and spray over job.
Especialy if I have to drive another brutal winter.
