vx rims weigh 8lbs and hx rims weigh either 11 or 12lbs. I can't remember right now. Your really not going to save that much weight from those rims. I have vx rims and these things are like pizza cutters and they spin all over the road. Not very many tire choices when you only have 13x5 to work with. You might be able to crack high 13's with a stock b16a with the usually bolt ons with the addition of slicks of course. Considering you only weigh 2050. But you might need a extra 10 more hp at the wheels to make it possible so I"m going to make a ghetto estimate of about 145-150hp to crack 13's

Alternately, consider Miata rims. They are more widely available and a lot of times cheaper. They weigh 10.8lbs. on a 14 x 6 rim. You'll have to get centers bored out to the civic sized 56.1 mm but any machine shop can do that for $50-75.
