Default How do you mount foglights onto ef bumper?

I have a set of 3rd gen prelude fogs and cant mount them. I cut the squares out already. Does anyone know where to get brackets that will make it so i can mount these? I bought some L brackets from Home depot and they dont work. Cant really fabricate some because i cant weld.

You'll need to fabricate somehow. The oem fogs have a bracket that bolts to the bumper beam, but I've been looking for a set of those brackets for some time now with no luck.

I have to make my own bracket too back then, using metal strip from home depot. I dont weld them just screw and nut. After many trial and I found using thick paper like post card to mocking how the final bracket gonna measured up. But you have to decide where and how you want the fog light gonna stay.

I too have 3rd gen Prelude fog on my 90 Civic hatch. I went to Home Depot and purchased some sticks of metal with holes drilled down the length. They are not too thick and can be easily bended. I picked up 4 of them, 2 for each side. I then had to enlarge the holes that I used to fit the bolts to mount the "brackets." One metal stick went to the hole on the frame to the side of the holes used to mount the bumper to the frame. I then bent it up around a 75 degree angle. I then attached the other stick, which I had to cut, via a screw. Do not tighten too much. You will want to have mobility to adjust the fog light. Then put the bumper back on with the cover. Connect the fog and then attach the fog light via a bolt on top, connecting it to the second piece of metal. Then push it in, or adjust as needed. Since the bolts are not totally tight and the metal sticks can be bended, you should be able to play around with them.

Here are some pics on mine:
