Maybe a little more info would help. We can diagnosis a problem when you say it won't start... What's it doing? Not cranking, cranking? Do you have fuel, spark?

This is what you can do to test for spark. Pull a plug insert in to a wire. Then hold the plug against a grounded bolt. have someone turn the key a couple of time to see if you have spark. Do this for each wire.

Could be a number of things: Anything with the fuel system, distributor could be loose, even the wires at the ignition coil or a faulty coil

Did you check to see if the timing was off or did you just check the belt condition. It sounds like you are on a wild goose chase. If i was you i would have it towed to a shop. It would be cheaper and faster than just throwing parts on the car.

If there is something melted in the dizzy then replace it. Just because the belt condition looks fine, doesn't mean the cam timing still isn't a tooth or more off.
