Default Head torque specs?

SOHC ZC (D16A6).

I need confirmation before I go ahead and do it...

72ft/lbs? I think the sequence (I have the bolt sequence, not the torque sequence), it's 22ft/lbs, then 72ft/lb, then 72 again?

hmm, 72 is a little high. Take the torque spec, brake it down into thirds and torque from the middle out in a circular pattern

49? Isn't that a little low for a head? I mean, I've torqued down other heads to 72 before with no issues. Wasn't a honda tho, was some POS mazda. Mazda sucks.
