Default ((((having problems w/ car running rich and hesitating))))

just got done w/ a head swap put a z6 head onto my zc sohc block...after riding it around and the car getting impounded for a few days i finally get it back and start it up from the impound and go to drive it home and the car just hesitates like no other it feels like im downshifting and then steppin on the gas then when i come to stop and take off my car wouldn't rev past 2.5-3...then i finally get it home and took spark plugs out and all 4 were fouled out and smelled of gas anybody have a idea on what could cause the car to hesitate so badly.....i believe my coil pack is going back i have hardly no spark....also what fuel rail should i use should i stick w/ the z6 one or should i put the zc one back on...any help would be appreciated

Check timing with a light. You probably have the cam timing off by a tooth or two. Happened to me.

are your vacuum lines hooked up right?? could have switched a couple during the swap, might cause the hesatation.
