Hatch removal- where is the connector?
I am taking the hatch off my 88 dx (stripping the car down for a rebuild/repaint) and i can't for the life of me find the connector to disconnect the wiring harness. where is that little bugger hiding?

CRX?
You'll have to remove the interior panel on the hatch, disconnect everything from the hatch, and pull the whole shebang out the hole at the top of the hatch. There is no connector to unplug to leave the wiring in the hatch.

mine had a connector. it is on the right side down near the tailight. Take out the speaker/parcel side thing, pull out the panel some, and you can see the white clip. disconnect the clip holder, unplug the connector, remove the black
recessed thing and pull the wiring up and out.
