mph__rpm__c02___02____hc_____________cco__________ _no
____meas__meas__meas_max_ave____meas_max_ave__meas _max_ave_meas
15 1826 14.1 0.5 142 31 146 .86 .10 .76 873 237 1855 fail
25 2036 14.8 0.3 117 20 88 .76 .09 .33 812 199 805 pass
well there is the results from my car and I have a AEM cai and a dc sports 4-2-1 header and have brand new o2 with high flow cat....I was think of putting a big stock cat back in and running race gas thinking that will lower the NO...but if there some smog techs here that can tell me what to do that will be much help...cause I have sohc ZC in it and finally found a shop to smog it got hopes up to pass but didnt lol...so thanks in advance for replys

Your smog tech did not warm-up the cat enough. That is all. High flow cats take a little warming up.
Tell him that he needs to warm it up at 2000rpm for 1 minute just before he goes into the test.

Change your PCV Valve and change the oil.
I have an 88" CRX and it passed at the 25MPH test and failed by almost twice the level on the 15MPH.
I changed the O2 sensor, and I replaced the totally clogged up PCV Valve, and I changed the oil. IT passed no problem after that. THe only thing you have not done is the PCV. If the PCV is clogged then you will be blowing excess oil by the rings to get burn in the engine and blown out the exhaust.
Chances are if you have oil seaping around your valve cover and distributor, then you have a bad PCV valve, mine was totally clogged with Carbon. $3.99 at autozone.
Good Luck

I pass my D15B a week or so. I used G2P smog with 89 or 91 octane to clean my engine first. After I ran the full tank, I changed oil/coolant, added PCV valve, and also added another cat (the stock one I got from the HF where it goes in front of the exhaust manifold) I almost fail the 15 mph NO since I had 2 cat to heat up but I pass the other with no problem.

Just because the car was warm doesn't mean the cat is warm. With the O2 readings of .3 at 25mph and .5 at 15 is your problem. With the stock cat it will heat up quicker, suck in the O2 down to 0.0
Cat's working temp is above 600 degrees. At idle it stay's around 350-400
Seafoam works and I recommend it, if it's sucked through a small vacuum line into the manifold.
I am sure that if I tested your car it would pass. I think you have got a rookie.
I am in San Ramon if that isn't to far for you. Let me know.

I was told to run to gallons of alcohol with my gas and get a stock cat put back on and it should pass with flying colors....cause I seafoam it already so tell me a good way to warm up cat cause I am going to my friends dads work to use his digital timing gun to retard it a few cause I told that it will help

Check your coolant for oil. Two side by side cylinders reading 30psi lower than the rest is a blow head gasket. It's blown between cylinders one and two. You don't have to be blowing hella smoke to have a slightly blown head gasket.
It should only take about four hours to change the head gasket.
