Default fuel problem car not runnig right.

so this is a project car and i havent driven it in a long time maybe twice years ago when i first installed the motor. at first the car sounded like two cylinders running only. its an 89 hf shell with 89 crx si main harness and 91 si engine harness with a obdo jdm b16 motor. so i had the problem with only two or three cylinders working and at the time i used the ground from another injector to power another cylinders and then the engine was running fine. then i took the motor out worked on the bay and now that i have everything ready . the car fires up but sounding like running on two cylinders or very poor. replaced the engine harness just thinking that hooking up to grounds from the injector to only one was bad. it has stock fuel pressure its 40 psi. i have a gauge for it.

so i did the injector troubleshooting from the crx workshop manual. injectors were replaced sometime ago i mean maybe two years but never driven the thing tested them for resistance and they are good to specs. and everything is good except i dont have battery voltage on the injectors plugs not even 1 volt it reads like 0.03 when i have the key on the on position .when i check voltage between red/blk wire and ground i do have battery voltage but when measuring voltage between the two injector wires it reads very low voltage almost nothing. so ive checked the wiring for any resistance or short. i replaced the ecu, changed the resistor box. even tried changing grounds just in case . i have the motor to chassis tranmission to battery and battery to ground. and obviously the harness ground on the thermostat . the motor was running pretty much on very low voltage injector function sometimes even when cranking the motor sometimes it read o voltage. what else can it be? i checked fuses as well. dont know what else.

If you haven't figured it out I know it might sound basic but have you tried a fuel filter? i don't think it would effect your voltage but crazier things have happened lol. I've also heard pouring cola on your battery would help it get better conductivity if it's struggling maybe it would work the same to try that on the injectors. Maybe it'll get a little better before trying to sink more than it's worth into it.
