O.k. im doing a RHD conversion using the front half of a genuine EF8 SIR. but i didn't get the motor mounts... was wondering if 90-91 integra mounts were the same.

i did a search but didnt come up with a solid answer. im runing a LS with a GSR HEAD. LS and trand came from a 91 integra.

PLEASE any word will help THANX

not sure which mounts will fit, but your best bet is to just contact a jdm supplier. Most should have extra ef8/9 mounts to offer

I have a real ef9 and bought teg mounts because I was told they will work and the transmission mount will not work. Innovative mounts sells a set of mounts for ef8/9.

If you're referring to the rear mount bracket:

No they will not work on an LHD car. Maybe if it had a B series engine from factory.

The factory mounts for a B series are larger than that of a D series. And the placment of the engine is also different than that of one that is swapped with a B series engine.

I have priced out the factory Honda mounts from a dealership in the UK and they were expensive!!!

Innovative didnt answer my email... i want to replace the stock mount of my EE8 with something stronger, hasport tell me that they dont have the transmission side mount but they have the left side motor and the rear mount just because they are the same of DA integra?

you need actual ef8/ef9 mounts . reason for it is cause the frame rail already sits a little more to the left to accommodate the alternator pully. i know this cause my hasport mounts did not work for ef8 . so i ordered from innovative but be WARNED it took me 3 and a half months to get my mounts. not including all the long distance charges or email's i would not recommend them to anyone. i cant wait for hasport to come out with ef8/ef9 mounts i will buy them right away and swap out my innovative. enjoy the long wait and hassle my friend. but since you are using a usdm chassis you will just need any b-series mounts dude ! <-----

what hasport mounts did you buy? we actually have a timing belt side mount and rear mount for the ef8/ef9 chassis. we are working on the transmission mount

Hasport sells a hydro mount kit

Ok I know its been a while but im getting back on my hondas and away from rat rods for a wile. I still have my RHD CR-X EF8 work in progress but I needed to let you know. 90-91 DA teg mounts will not work for EF8/SIR so yes hasport does make a EF8 mount kit they dont offer it in CNC Billet, "or at least they didn't when I got mine. so I took the chance on the teg mounts and THE TRANS MOUNT IS DIFFERENT!!! I went to a machine shop and $30 buck got about 3/4 of an Inch shaved off of the mount and now my B18C sits NICE
