So this subframe i need to replace that you guys are referring to is it the one located in the front with the radius rods or the one in the rear that the rack and pinion is mounted to or both.

I also noticed that my lower balljoints might be crashing into my brake rotor dust shields but I dont think that would be the cause to my problem.

UPDATE:
I just took some pics of my front crossmember that has the radius rods going into it and indeed its bent on the driverside...Clearly somebody tried jacking the car up on the wrong spot and I really didn't think it would affect my driving.

Is this the part that could be contributing to my problem since im able to pick a complete one up for only $20.?

Holy ****, that should be replaced anyways. A bent suspension part is a bent suspension part and should always be replaced. Your lower ball joints could be it as well. I know if you are pretty low, your ball joints will hit your dust cover for the rotor.

so do you think that damaged front crossmember is whats causing my trouble...i looked at the rear subframe and my inner tie rods are no where near hitting or rubbing against it...as you can see in the pics i am dropped 2.5 in the front and the lower balljoints are new Moog...the problem is more noticible when turning while driving after i took off my camber kit...the car had a alignment just this past saturday and im running 0.02 of front toe...!!!

Replace that cross-member. I'm also thinking that maybe you may have a bushing out of whack as well. Also, the bars that go from your front suspension to the crossmember up front may be bent or just one. Also, check the bushings on them as well.

here's a thought, how is the condition of your radius arm bushings? can you move either wheel forward and back freely? i saw an older escort (no lie) driving through a parking lot the other day and when they'd stop the whole wheel would shift forward and would bounce front and back when they'd hit a bump... scary stuff!

well short of installing a small camera on your suspension to see what's hitting what i'd check that... although, like they say it's hard to diagnose a noise or a feeling over teh interwebz

if you have b series id check the half shaft bolts that go onto the back of the block if they are loose or broke it will make a feeling kind of what your describing also, check your radius rods on your front cross member mine was missing a bolt on my drivers side and every time i turned it would feel like i was a 240 with welded diff lol

for the zc sohc they are the same...if you use a zc dohc tranny then you need 90-93 integra axles with a zc intermediate shaft.

seems like the problem is getting worse everyday...my **** rattles from right to left now with the added weight while driving and is really noticeable when i accelerate the gas pedal.

would it be better just to swap out the bushings or just buy new moog ones...i cant seem to find any play or cracks in my subframe and the lca's are the only things i didn't change...i just dont want to throw money at unnecessary parts that i might not need.

so i replaced my blown shocks with new shocks, coilovers, radius rod bushings, strut mount bushings and still can't pin point the problem.

replaced:
new front uca's with balljoints
new front lower balljoints
new front wheel bearings
new front lca's with bushings
new sway bar end links
new front brake pads
new manual rack and pinion with bushing
new inner and outer tie rods
new axles
new wheel studs
new front crossmember
new radius rod bushings
new shocks
new coilovers

wtf is causing this thumping problem while turning left and with added weight...the subframe shows no signs of cracks...tie rods and brake dust shields are not hitting anything...alignment check shows nothing abnormal with caster or camber and nothing is bent...you can feel the thump in the steering wheel while turning left and rattling vibration on the passengerside floor board...all nuts and bolts have been triple checked...you can also feel the thumping with added weight while driving and accelerating but goes away when you take your foot off the gas pedal
