Default EF with LS bogging

Ok, Had to make a new post cause I cant find my old post anyways.

Here are my symptoms:
Cold start car runs perfect.
30 minutes into driving or once the cars warmed up and ive been driving for sometime problems begin.

I will be on the highway cruising then I will feel a load doesnt matter what rpm im at, I give it a little more gas and it bogs and starts to misfire. Then if I give it more gas car accelerates perfect.

To fix it temporally, I usually just key off and on the ignition real quick while leaving it in gear on the highway. Sometimes it will work for a good amount of time sometimes the trick will only work for a minute before it begins again. Another thing I found useful was turning off the car putting it in neutral letting in roll for awhile and then turning it back on ( this is on the highway )

Another thing I realized, after I punch it like around the streets just to feel the pulll, ill get to a red light and then it starts the same thing. I start from 1st, feel a load but I dont want to accelerate in first for the car doesnt go ham and I grab everyones attention so I shift go into second still does it go into third then to the key off and on trick and it will drive normal for a little then do the same thing again.

Things Ive tried:
I changed the whole distributor for a working known one
Changed the fuel filter

I havent pulled out the spark plugs yet to check if there fouled and have not tested the fuel pressure. Been working 40+ hours a week and have other things to worry about then the car but im trying to get this fixed at the same time. Just need some suggestions on what you guys think it may be?

Im thinking FPR now for some reason or maybe even injectors.

It's crazy im starting to think its a wiring problem, On top of it all yesterday going to the hangouts I park my car and I shut it off and now the oil light stays on when car is off completely... I read about this and its most likely a bad sender unit or my cluster...

I was gonna say cracked dizzy. My ls swapped ef has the same problem. Moisture gets into the dizzy I think. I figured this out because the bogging/misfiring happens way more often after it rains. I've been doing the on off with the key to temporarily fix it too. But since you say you tried a different dizzy, maybe it's something else. I've tried new spark plugs, plug wires, o2 sensor, and it still happens occasionally. It has to be an electronic issue dealing with spark if turning the key off and back on makes it go away
