The seatbelt ring thing is just a metal ring surrounded by plastic. Just cut it out.

its sad how much money they make off there parts. My company imports for them and it is ridiculous the invoice price vs the retail.

I bought one of those bars off ebay and it was for the 88 pillar mounted seatbelt crx and it was too short even fully extended. Im guessing its for the hatch it looks identical to yours except its polished and not black. If anyone is interested I can measure the thing and sell it for a good price.

Someone was supposed to do a "test" of one of these on the track where they setup a string tied to the mounting points and video-taped it to see if there was indeed and flex at those point. Anyone hear about the turn-out? I'm a little sceptical of the practicality of the almighty c-pillar bar.

it looks pretty cool.

decrease visability and its not far from the uppper rear strut tower as far as flex goes, but its neat i guess...

you actually didn't save that much money. Looks good. I've ordered one and I'm waiting for it to arrive.

http://www.meganracing.com

$49.95 retail on their website.

I still doubt these bars will work on 90% of the street cars that have them on....cool coat hanger though....I use the rear strut bar in my car to stuff from sliding around and I doubt the rear strut bar helped me but I found it usefull still. Looks good and they dont cost much for c pillar bars.

looks good. the only thing i'll complain about is the bar obstructing your rear view everytime you turn around or look through the rear view mirror.
