sorry didn't tell the whole story
ran two wires to ecu C1 n C2 from dizzy, the blue n yellow / blue n green, ran two wires to ecu from 2 n 4 injectors, moved two wires at ecu fromC1 n C2 to B10 n B12, also wired in resister box, plugged in ecu out of '89 civic wagon AWD, no start, I have spark, I can smell gas after cranking it over a lot of times, new fuel filter, I can here the fuel pump when the key is first turned on, oh yea brand new dizzy ($190 dollars worth)

I know that this is coming from the grave, but the problem ended up being that I hadn't primed enough fuel into it. The fuel I was smelling was from the old filter that i had recently changed.
