Go to junkyard.
Practice.
Apply at home.
Hopefully not ruining something from the yard. If so, buy something from them to make up for it.

the best that i can tell you is that you WILL brake atleast one cuz you can't get to all of the tabs, and they aren't cheap, i think i payed like 15 bux for like, 3 at honda of gresham. my *** hurt that day. any ways, the best way i see to remove the trim is to remove the interior of the car and depress the plastic tabs on the back side of the trim (from inside of the car) and then push forward. i can post some pix of it if you'd like

DCRB got it right. Its a simple clip. Remove the interior door panel & the plastic sheet beneath it. Then you'll see the clips, they are black with two flexible tabs on the top & bottom. Use needle nose pliers & compress both the tabs at the same time, & push the the clip forward.
Using this method I didnt break a single clip, & it took a relatively small amount of time overall.
