DOHC ZC wiring into 90' Si
So I have my DOHC ZC ready to go in, only problem is that one harness plug(square white one with a 6 pin conector on the drivers side) doesnt match up with the Si's plug. The D16A6s plug has a round 8 pin harness, and the ZC has a square 6 pin harness. Am I suposed to swap the Si Harness over to the ZC engine? Or is there a mod im able to do that will make the ZCs harnes work with all the Sis conections? Also, is what am I suposed to do about the cam angle sensor? What do I have to do to make everything work right? Thanks.

extend the cps wires to the external position on the exhaust cam, my site has a jumper if you really need one. http://www.rywire.com

Yes, swap over the Si engine harness Everything will plug up except for 1 2 wire plug near the intake and the Dizzy plugs, Change the connector to the square one from a 88-89 Teg, and extend 2 wires from the dizzy wires to hook up the CPS and your done.
Its simple. But Hasport sells the conversion kit from Si-ZC for like $40 if your not into wiring anything.
