DOHC ZC owners ... Crank Angle Sensor same as Cam Angle Sensor?
In all my research it seems there's no definitive answer. My question is: after my MPFI/ZC swap I'm getting a code 4 for Crank Angle Sensor. Am I looking at the dizzy or am I looking at the thing next to the distributor; the exhaust cam angle sensor? Thanks in advance.

*edit 4 usually means either the wiring to the distributor is wrong or the intake cam gear is off a tooth or so

Yeah that's what my friend told me today too... will anything catastrophic happen if I switch B10/B12?

just depin on the plug that goes to the distributor it's easier anyhow.
*edit, I've done it before and nothing happened, but try it at your own risk.

code 4 is for crank sensor in the distributor - the sensor on the exhaust cam is the Cylinder Position Sensor and if bad (which almost never happens) you will get code 9 - code 4 usually means you have a bad distributor - the picture posted above is one that i came up with and is for the Si/HF distributor connector, not the DOHC ZC - the DOHC ZC distributor connector is the same as the DX/LX/STD connector, like this:
