Distributor wiring... cousin needs help to get his car going.
I've searched but i'm not to sure what he's talking about... okay here's the deal he has a 90 civic lx and he's dropping a B16A into the car he already did the dpfi to mpfi swap but now he's stumped on the distributor wiring. He's said that the stock LX dizzy harness has square plugs and that the B16 dizzy has round plugs can someone point me in the right direction? he is running a PR3 ecu.
Pics would be awesome as well. TIA

well for one thing if he already did the mpfi swap then he should have already swapped the sware 5 wire plug to a round 7 wire plug in order to run the correct dizzy. he needs to re-pin the wires from the square plug into a round plug from 88-91 si, hf crx or for one from a 88-91 si or ex civic. or u can even use it from a 90-91 teg. but i like to get mine from a legend located on the passenger side by the firewall cuz no one really touches the legends. they are the same just look for a 7 wire (but will have 8 slots) round plug. and ur good to go.

wat is the stamping numbe on the dizzy that he is currently running??
TD-01 dx
TD-02/18 si
the thick blu wire should be the one that reads the rpms.

I don't even know right now bro. I'm at work, lol. Well the original one is stock of the 90 LX DPFI (squre plug), and we already have the B16 in the car with the round dizzy plug.

lx has 5 wire. b16 has 7. you need to run two wires to the ecu and move two others at the ecu.
