What is your question?
you listed a bunch of parts and asked for help.
Strangely enough, not one single part you listed is turbo related as your subject hints.
If you are going to go turbo then it really doesn't matter what ECU you use because you shoudl be chipping it. If you happen to decide to use an FMU or a piggy back, then you will want the stock ECU for your setup.
EDIT; Seeing how your motor is probably stock (you didn't list any internal mods) then you won't be putting down enough power to justify the fuel rail upgrade, intake manifold, or timing gear. Stock D-motors can typically put down a reliable 180~200hp for a daily driver. Anything more and youshould be looking at upgrading rods at the least. For 200 you should be looking at 410cc injectors (80% duty). Going any bigger saves you money later on if you decide to upgrade for more power.

Re: d16a6 turbo build
I was going to go your route untill I crashed my crx. Its all in the tuning. It doesnt matter what you do to your engine, if it aint tuned correctly, you will find yourself wasting more money on rebuilding it again. I still have a turbo manifold if you want it. Ill sell it for $40 shipped - its for a d16a6 with an external wastegate. Cast iron, no cracks. let me know! (Not made in China)

Re: d16a6 turbo build
Get a set of Vitara's and go for it!
(do research - it's an aftermarket piston and not the OEM)
A good 500hp (or so) snail can be had for about $1300.
I haven't priced it out, but if you be patient and look for deals then I would think you can pull this off for $3000~$3500.

Re: d16a6 turbo build
sentence structure please! would make understanding you alot easier. did you have the engine you bought built yet? you mention buying one cheap but also mention having one that has eagle rods? like i said its hard to understand what your saying without some sentence structure.

Re: d16a6 turbo build
I'm actually not being an a-hole at all, i'm sure everyone agrees its hard to help you when you can hardly understand, if I wanted to be an a-hole i would have just moved along...anyway. get a decent turbo manifold, some 450cc or larger injectors, decent turbo depending on your goals(no knockoffs), chipped ecu, and whatever else you decide. all the info your looking for is on this site, just gotta search for it.

Re: d16a6 turbo build
phearable.net is a good place to start for an ECU chip.
It's a baseline so you WILL NEED to get tuned no matter what.
Baselines are just to get the car running.
It's not worth the risk to even go for a spin around the block - put the EUC in, make sure it starts, and tow if you can to get it tuned (or stay out of boost and drive like a granny).
Once you have the engine tuned, you will need a REtune if you swap injectors.
What are your power goals?
With rods I hope you did pistons too.
That opens up a lot more options for upgrades later and you may want to get even larger injectors now.
Figure about 420cc for 200hp. Add about 100cc for every 50hp more.
