remove the other 2 bolts then hit the mount and knock it sideways and you can access the rear bolt. or use 2 swivel joints and an extension and you can get at it.

i ran into a problem today. when doing my mpfi swap i need to connect the 2 wires to the dizzy. well i cant use a si dizzy cause there different. on how they bolt on. the a1 dizzy is just like the dpfi dizzy 5 wires. do i need to get a 89 teg ecu to fix this?

Do i need to need to use the distributor connector from the A1 harness on the dx harness and extend the Cylinder Sensor wires to the sensor on the end of the exhaust camshaft

Re: d16a1 swap. into my civic (tyler100)
you need 88-89 (not 86-87) Integra distributor - the A1 and DX distributor connectors are identical - if you haven't already swapped connectors, just leave the DX connector which plugs right in - run/extend wire from ECU pin C1 to the blue/green wire on the Cylinder Sensor - run/extend wire from ECU pin C2 to the blue/yellow wire on the Cylinder Sensor - use the 88-89 Integra PG7 ECU - don't try to use 86-87 Integra PG7 ECU - it won't work

yes it will work and run but not to its potential, I would source the 88-89 teg ecu

please let me know how this works out. Theres this exact setup for sale but the guy put the motor in ran some wires and he's got no spark. I'm very interested on the specifics of this swap in relation to the wiring,
