Sorry guys, been sooooo busy lately. Also, it has a leak at the flange where the two parts of the header meet. Havent had time to fix it yet, and dont want that to make it sound odd on video.

So far I still have not noticed any loss of performance. It still goes right through the gears just fine. Also no loss in MPG, still averaging 30!

And this thing sound f*cking wicked during high-rpm downshifts!

plot twist, anything 95 and older can have whatever intake you want on it, as there is no emissions sensor attached to the intake tube like obd2 cars have.

The IAT?
It's still on the intake system for 95 and older, but it's located on intake manifold instead of the tube.

Smog techs won't pass you though. Cops will ticket you, too. So dumb. It's a freaking pipe.... ugh.

Never had a problem with passing smog with an aftermarket intake on my crx, they never questioned it, and this was when hondas were the hot item to fail. Did have a CARB legal DC header on which was nice.

OBD2 though, since the IAT is in the arm/airbox, I have to keep it stock. Even the resonator had to be on there, given the stupid design of the y7 intake.

Must have a nice smog tech then. I've been failed 3 times in the 12 years of having my car for having an aftermarket intake. Also have received a ref ticket lol so dumb.

And no, I wasn't speeding, excessive exhaust noise.. nothing like that. Just a dick bike cop having a bad day I guess.

Easiest way to deal with it is to go contact BAR and see if they can point you to the verbiage. I can't find the paperwork that shows the info, but I've seen it. I know it's hidden in the ARB's website. If they direct you to that, just download/print out a copy and keep it in your glove box.

Sorry for keeping everyone waiting. Finally got the leak at the flange fixed, but I'm still hearing a leak...

Changing out the rack and pinion this weekend so I will be looking at the exhaust very closely while I am under there.

For the leak, use soap/water and shoot air into. You gonna see where it leak!

How would it not exist? Do you think I Photoshopped all those welds? lol

It was removed from the car a few weeks ago because of a massive crack that formed in the spot that I had to bend the header to make it fit. And now all of the people that I know that own welders, are out of gas...

But you'll have to wait until after I test it on my GSR swap to see how it sounds to get it back.

Where are you located?

I just bought another cheap ebay header to get me by for a while. Its a newer design with 4 to 1 with the collector before it goes under the motor. So only one 2" pipe runs under the motor. Looks like a turbo mini ramhorn.
