crx weather stripping kit????
does anyone know where I can buy a weatherstripping kit for my 89 crx si my hatch is leaking and I think the weatherstripping is old andneeds to be replaced anyone know whereto find a kit forthe car

Dude, if you are going to get it from the dealer they will have the part #'s... just gotta go up there and talk to the parts guy. The weather stripping is on small round plastic tabs that just push / snap in. it's easy.

Hey Man,
Unfortunately you will find many weatherstrip pieces are long discontinued and out of stock. You will not find the drivers side anywhere in new condition, and in the unlikely event you locate one then grab it and cherish it dearly. Your best bet is to diligently scope e-bay for weather strip that is still in good shape. A lot of CRX's are being parted out by e-bay sellers who are well aware of this problem (lack of available weatherstrip) and they do pull and sell weathersprip. BE CAREFUL to make sure the parts match your trim package (for exapmple certain88-91 HF trim not the same as DX and SI trip package)
