well, i got a call just before 1pm and i was told the car was found. i left work and bought a battery since the cop told me it was missing. got there (about 1 mile from my apt). took some pics. only thing missing was: stereo, GPS, bag of craftsman tools and tool box as well as my stereo.

yea i dont have any extra funds at the moment because im gonna be going to LA next week for about 4 days. but when i get back im gonna be installing a new alarm system. and see what the insurance company says and see if they will cover my losses. im assuming i should keep my clean title???

so let me get this strait, they steal your car, leaving you all stressed out. take it apart enough to remove your battery speakers radio sub(s?) and tools all the while not braking any thing, but left your car other wise completely intact, not even bothering to mess w your super rare jdm goodies, THEN prosedes to drop it off a mile from your apartment? dang sounds like someone desperate for a quick buck. did they remember to lock your doors too?

no subs, just upgraded speakers and stereo were there. the speakers are still there by the way. yea they only stole my 4yr old battery. the cop told me over the phone so i just bought one from my job before leaving. well the center console portion where the stereo sits was broken, so im not surprised they got it out quick. yup even my rear fog light was still in the trunk with full harness and oem switch!!!!!! and they even left my spare Si rim with BRAND NEW tire!!
