To the OP, take care of it and you'll have fun with that car. Is the engine BAR'd? Montebello, eh? I might see you around, I live in Pico Rivera.

the motor is a usdm b18 so i can get it bar. question, tho: what do i need to get it bar? i'm actually swapping that motor into my ek hatch. that's the only reason why i bought this car. i'm giving the shell plus my stock motor from the ek to my homie. lol. it's complicated, but yeah.

Re: Crx I just got!
nice convenient place to mount the msd... HAHAHA
pretty nice tho, clean the interior up, and either...complete the body kit, or go back to oem, it loocs konfused lol.
more importantly what numbers does it put down?

Re: Crx I just got!
I haven't test the car so I don't really know how fast it goes. I'm guessing not that fast. haha. Here's what the car has:
Limited Slip Tranny
Aem Cam Gears
Apexi Exhaust
Msd 6AL Modulator
Msd 2 Step Modular
DC Carb Legal Headers
Aem Short Ram Intake
Aem Short Shifter
Lightened Jun Flywheel
JE Forged Pistons
Spoon Sports Camshafts
Charcol Filter
Carbon fiber hood
500hp Rated Axals
Cround control Suspention
6 point Roll Cage
Edelbrock Nitrous Sytem " Never Used"
Starter Switch
Pr3 Chiped Ecu
Now I'm having problem starting the car up. It happened the other day, because the previous owner connects the starter wire with a fuse in the middle. One wire was lose so I fixed it and it started up without any problem. This morning, I tried to start it and it doesn't start. It won't even crank. Not sure what the problem is. I think it might be the starter switch. Seems like the wiring jobs are mickey mouse.

I would inspect that motor carefully when u pull it. From what I've seen MSD and nitrous just don't mix on hondas. (MSD in general is not necessary for a honda IMO)
Edit: NM if the squeeze was never used. But I'd still pull the msd personally

Re: Crx I just got!
you can sometimes bar an older motor as long as you make it look like the newer year. for example 94 gsr(obd1), switch it to run obd2 and sometimes the ref wont say anything. but just to be safe i would stick to same year or newer motor. some refs are not as strict as others. if it looks stock and everything for smog and the right obd is there they will pass it.
