CRX Build - Vol.2
Well a year later its time to do another over haul on the Crx with bigger plans.
Heres a quick look from start to current.
When I got it:
Rip free seats
New paint, molding and interior painted:
Fresh stock mode - (Clean inside and out)
In its prime:
After this it slowly turned into a POS. 1) Minor Hail 2) Fenders and lip got messed up 3) STOLEN! They beat it up (hood, rear corner, roof, hood, headlight, windshield)
June / 2012
SOOOO!Heres the basic plans.
Full color change. White.
Wire tuck front to back. no shaving.
No carpet, or rear interior.
B16A - turbo
As of today:
Picked up a fresh hood & fenders for $100!
Current parts include:
Ingalls front and rear Poly Camber kit
ST rear sway
Nardi woodgrain & NRG QR
EDM wing
Greddy SP1 Catback
Russell SS brakeline kit
Also have mint door panels, dash and mudflaps to switch in

Re: CRX Build - Vol.2
Honestly easier to keep clean. I originally wanted black or a dark purple.
On the flip side i love white bays and think white is just plain sexy too. Not sure on what white yet but it will def. POP!
Yea im thinking it will be pretty simple just solder in but we'll see.
Harness is out:
& this was quite a surprise today lol wtf??
Passenger axle

Looked great both OEM/stock and with the mods. I hate thieves, sorry about your bad luck. I'm planning a CRX build in the future so I'll be watching your thread for inspiration.

Re: CRX Build - Vol.2
As stated this will have no interior and tucked inside and out.
For those that dont know the rear harness goes from the driver side dead pedal, down the railing under the fuel lines, across the lil hump thats raised for the gas tank, up and over the passenger wheel hump and across the back lights. So you have to run everything backwards basically at the lights since its coming from the right side now.
Needless to say this tuck took a long long time. Mainly finding a way to run the wires and running them through tight spaces.
But of course i managed to make it work and boy am i pleased :bigok:
Start:
Hole drilled for the harness to come out of the railing
MESS
[/QUOTE]
Teaser. After cutting everything to length
.
DONE!
Better pics to come
