i put ebay camber on my ef and its pointless. only do it if ur gettin like 3 inch lip rims with no offset to help tuck them in. other than that keep it stock

I have that same exact kit. Everybody here swears by that kit but I haven't been too impressed with it.

I don't even have 1,000 miles on it, and the driver side upper ball joint has developed a good deal of play from the control arm (i.e., it's loose! even though the c-clip and everything is in place still) and makes a heckuva racket. The sway bar bushings are already cracking out like and overall the whole thing squeaks like no other.

Of course, everybody else here swears by that kit, so go figure

I guarantee that you dont have normal tire wear. The inside of your tire are getting chewed up at a much faster rate than normal.

try firestone...they quoted me for $169.99 lifetime alignment...they said as long as the car can drive on the ramp that you are good to go and there isn't a problem with the vehicle being lowered without a camber kit...!!!

not only do the adjustment bolts wear out but the ball joint itself wears out and screws up ur caster, Thats with the rhino kits. I have had them on the car for 2 years now--autox, and trackdaze

im haveing the same problem and im leaning on getting the ones fromm ebay too but the ones im getting are name brand and theyre cheap so keep looking maybe u can find good ones for cheap

kinda scimmed threw this so not sure if it was metnioned but my opinion you get what you pay for my friend bought 2 of some ebay camber kits before he jsut bought a pair of skunk 2

the 2 kits he bought from egay were as is: 1 lasted 1 week before a bolt fell out and then tryiong to remove them all the screws stripped after cutting th thing out casue if it being such junk he bought another one but a diffrent no name made in china kit and it ended up bending 0_o.

after getting that out he decided(after come convincing) to get a pair of brand name(skunk2) camber kits and he has had not 1 problem with them yet they even went on like cutting threw butter(easy)

so my opinion save you moeny and get a good worth it pair


oh p.s watch out for counterfeit skunk2 cambers on ebay just a heads up(skunk2 should ahvea counterfeit thingy on there site)

yeah man its all good. some want them and some dont! its an option but its not really needed!

ugh not another one of these threads... i agree you should get quality parts when it comes to suspension and or driveability. as far as tire ware goes, get a GOOD alignment and you'll be happy as a clam. camber does indeed wear tires unevenly, but it's toe that kills tires fast. just look at bmws. the rock hella camber but have even wear. hell, i set my mini van to 0 toe for ***** and giggles, and my front tires have never worn so evenly in their life (yes my mini van has i little bit of camber, it's old and i have never had it re shimmed)

oh wow yes so true, i had a ball joint break on me, luckily i wasnt going very fast, needless to say you lose all control over the vehicle until it stops. My accord slid about 15 feet and dug a gouge into the concrete when a ball joint broke at 35, risky business cheaping out on any suspension component.

I would not buy a Made in China ebay Suspension component. That is dangerouse water. China steel sux.

I wouldn't let any cheap parts replace any key safety part in any car i own. My accident could've been much worse. Headers, exhaust, cams, etc, can be bought off ebay and possibly the worst that could happen is lost power or a blown motor, a cheap ball joint or something along those lines could cause a serious accident, if i had been near anyone when my ball joint had snapped and had been going any faster, i might not be here today to say that.

i just bought a camber kit off of ebay today im waiting for it to come in but ill let you know how it goes and if its worth it when i get it on my car

We have put the ebay kits on a few cars around here(not the whole arm just the slide bolts for the stock uca). Have had only one problem, Had to trim the unibody to get the uca to fit under correctly. But they do what they are designed for with a small modifaction. With that said I would still recommend the SKUNK2 arms.
