i also forgot to say that the small rear window was replaced with 1/8th inch lexan shatterproff and scratch resistant since thats legal for racing and i used the oem window without the trim pieces but my oem shocks were blown and now the new hatch with glass and lexan are way lighter the hatch almost goes up by itself with the same shocks that i had

Don't waste your time on the negatives people post. Truth is if that hatch was painted black they'd be like "CLEAN YO! Looks clean! " but the second you mention that its CF they'd be like "boo....rice....waste of money...blah blah"

well i didnt say its a waste of money (does looks great on my hb) BUT for $500 u can spend it on your motor instead.

Paint it black or wrap in carbon fiber vinyl. If it is your deal then go for it. Most of the weight is in the glass not the hatch.

CF hatch is different I haven't seen other CRX with one. Really unique and good quality. The price is a bit steep but its not wrong to be rich.

i wouldn't say steep considering that you can't just pick one up anywhere..
