Default Cable to Hydro Kit?

Hello! Just trying to see what different options there are out there. The only ones I'm aware of at the moment are Hasport and Innovative. What are the pro's and con's to both based on experience and if there are any other kits that are available besides the 2 companies mentioned. Any help would greatly appreciated! BTW... its going in a 90 civic sedan with a B16 obd1 motor and transmission. Thanks!

They don't have a web page but a FB

These are supposedly good stuff. I bought a stupid cable/arm actuator from HASport for my K swap and there's **** for information out there about it.

In my opinion the cable to hydro culusterfuk converters are ugly. it sooo much cleaner when there is a full hydro conversion at the pedal with cylinder and line and all that clean stuff.

I don't know, it really comes down to how much money one is willing to spend. The cable will do just fine as it has for years and years but when you start K swapping or running hydro transmissions, a full hydro conversion will tie it all together nicely. It becomes an issue, from what I've seen, when you are making some HP and need a twin disc. Then the cable doesn't like you!

i bumped so i stop seeing this stupid 5 posts and 15 day crap....any way heres a good post for you alright got a 90 crx si with an l3 trans well when the guy sold it to me 3 was crapping out and shortly after 4 went to (didnt beat on the car) well after looking for a tranny for about a year i came across a 99 ek e7f trans yes i knew it was hydro ...but i dont wanna throw alot to money at it to convert it to hydro b-cuz ill be k-swapping it after i have the $1000 hondata k-pro ecu and the fuel system parts so i was wondering if sycros were interchangeable and their both and d-series setups the only difference is 9 years and hydro ..... so in short my question is

is it more simple to convert it to hydro mind you iam broke at the moment or can i swap sycros over

man it was really hard to read that, that grammer is a killer

If i were you, just find even a dx 5 speed cable tranny to drop it in, since you plan to do an engine swap anyway. If you look around, i bet you could find a used tranny for $50-100. Thats a way better choice than cracking open a tranny cases in hopes of swapping gears and syncros

Nothing is wrong with ebay. Only retards think ebay manufactures automotive parts. Ebay is a market auction (used to be) place. That said it comes down to the quality that the seller is claiming

-well i found the e7f trans after a year of looking i really dont have money to throw at this motor and trans i know how to work on cars so tearing in to a trans is no problem i dont plan on swapin gears just sycros in hopes that, thats all the problem is with my l3... all rebuild kits i find their over $350 and other cable trannys are all F**ked up and grind and have cracks in the case and leak and i found this e7f and just want to know if the sycros are interchangeable

Synchros will be the same from 88-00 Civic D-Series. Its rare that just synchros are the issue. I have yet to open up a trans and find that all it needs is synchros. I wish it was that easy.
