Default Best Oil for SOHC ZC Swap?

Just like it says, whats the best weight oil for a SOHC ZC?

i know the stock oil is 10w-30..so wouldnt that be the best..to use wut was originally in it?

10 30 will work just fine

p.s. open poles are no good on this site

I recommend 10w-30 Valvoline Durablend. I guess its recommended for heavy stress on the engine (high revs).

i always put 5w30 castrol in my rex, i dunno if thats what is recommended but i believe thats what honda puts in they're newer cars.
